Software Upgrade Downloads and AIS modules are constantly updated.
Licensed users of AIS can download the newest version of AIS and upgrade
when it's posted.
Before downloading any of AIS modules, follow the
basic instructions below:
1. Check the date of the new version. If it is newer than your current
version, then you can upgrade. Many times, it is not necessary to download
all modules. Download only modules which are newer than your existing
version.
To check the date of your existing modules, start the AIS program, go
to the menu of each module, and click on About.
2. Backup all your data, and AIS modules. Sometimes, you might face unexpected
situations where your data can be lost or damaged, don't know how to upgrade
after you started the process, or simply you want keep the older version
as your program of choice.
3.Check every station that the AIS program is turned off. People can use
any other programs while you update your company's database.
4. Start downloads. Save all modules you downloaded into a folder.
5. Read all the instructions regarding to upgrades.
6. In case
you don't know how to upgrade by yourself, and would like a technician
from Softrela to upgrade for you, please contact us. There is a charge
for this type of service, but it also provides a peace of mind since all
the upgrades will be done by a person who has full knowledge of the AIS
software.
