How to Setup Employees' List:
1. Click Lists and Employees on Lists page. Click New
2. Type up to 12 letters and numbers combined for the Empl. ID Enter all
information in Basic Info.
3. Click Save. You can always add and change any information on this employee
later.
4. To see an employee's file, click Open and type his/her ID. Or just press
F2 and the entire employees' list will open automatically.
5. Double click the selected employee to open the file.
6. Click Modify to make changes. Remember always to save after making changes.
7. Acct. ID of this employee in Additional Info page will be used for a
financial statement purpose
8. Sales commissions are listed in Restricted page
How to Setup Password for Employees:
1. Click Utilities on Main Menu
2. Click Password Setup Click New and type the employee ID. And press enter
or tab.
3. Type a password for this employee. Click Save
4. You will also setup here the Security Level for this employee. This will
allow each employee to access to parts of AIS to do their job.
5. Click Help to see numbers for the security level permission. Close the
help window.
6. Type an appropriate number for Security Level.
7. Double click each of the modules to allow detailed permission of access.
Type Y for yes and N for no.
8. After you have finished all modules, click Save.
9. To make changes for any of the employees, click Modify.
10. To make changes in module setup, you have to open the selected module
and click Modify. Click Save after making changes
