AIS 034 - Data Exchange

AIS Data Export: Export data from AIS to other systems.

HOW TO CREATE AN EXCEL FILE:
1. Go to MyComputer and create a folder under C drive. Name this folder.
2. Open Data Exchange(DE) module
3. Click DE Setup
4. Click Options to open Data Export & Import Setup
5. Click Modify
............To create Item List: double clcik second item (Export AIS Data to MS Excel) under DE method.
............To create Customer List: double clcik third item (Export AIS Data to MS Excel) under DE method.
............Under File Directory: type in c:\ foldername
6. Click Save and exit Data Export & Import setup
7. Click Modify in DE Setup
8. Choose under AIS Data Export, for Item List : EXPEX01; or for Customer List:EXPEX02.
9. Save and Exit DE Setup
10. Exit DE module to reset settings
11. Click DE again and open DE Export
12. Click Export
13. Double click Customer (or any other) under Table name
14. Click OK and an Excel Format Customer File will be saved in the newly created folder.

Update automatically data from other systems to AIS.

Data Exchange Setup

Set all codes, locations to where to export files, locations from where to import files, etc…
