Introduction

On line products catalog can provide you with the convenience of automatically creating, and updating your products list without even typing a single word on your web site. You products list on web is updated automatically thru your AIS program. That is, when you create a new item, the web site will display the very same item on real time basis. If your price or on hand quantity changes, then the web site information change at the very same time. With product line ranging from few thousands to over tens of thousands, this is just the greatest and the easiest way to show your web site without actually doing it. Products are grouped by department, and all items belonging to the department will be displayed. And, when the item ID is clicked, a new screen with more detailed product information will be displayed.
Depending on the price level of the customer, AIS web will display the corresponding price. A picture sized 300x330 pixels will also be displayed if available. On line catalogs can be tailored to your company if you have a particular needs.

It's recommended to save images at 300X330 pixels and resize to keep the quality of image. Also, try different settings when you are working with the scanner or digital camera to get sharp and clear pictures.

Click New and select one of the formats: Label Form explains image size, Col is number of columns in a page and #Pg is number of pictures printed in one page.
Click Proceed.
Select all items you wish to place under the picture.
If you click Header, a popup menu shows up and you can type a message to be printed on top of each page.
Now you have two options to enter Item ID and Description:
- When the blinking cursor is in Item ID press F2 and select one item at a time, or
- Click Range of products from a Department/Category/Class.
Here you see one of the importances in organizing products by department/ category
Click OK and click Screen to see how the catalog you just created looks.
You can either Print or Save for future use.
