AIS LICENSE AGREEMENT

Amazonia Integrated System (AIS) is protected by copyright laws. The AIS is a licensed product, and not sold to the end-user. You may not resell or copy in whole or part without prior approval of Softrela.

SYSTEM REQUIREMENT

AIS system requires a SQL data server, a Web server. All AIS modules are both Windows and Web versions.

AIS UPGRADE

You are entitled to free upgrades during the license period. Check from time to time our Software Download. If the last update (date below module code in green) is more recent than your existing program, then download to upgrade it.

LIST OF FEES

AIS is a licensed service only and not for sale product. There’s a one time setup fee, and annual license fee.
Both setup and annual license fees vary per version and per license period.Sizable discount is available for long term licensing period. Both fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. All upgrades during the valid license period are included.

* The One Time Setup Fee is $5,000.00 for the second and any additional branches/stores of the same company.

The AIS Standard version works with Microsoft VFP database and doesn’t include any internet based features. The AIS Enterprise version is Web/ Window based system. It integrates wireless pocket pcs, web based shopping cart, internet features, and works with my SQL, Microsoft SQL and Oracle. The AIS POS version is Windows based for cash registers, and Web/Window based for store management modules.

For the Enterprise version, the client chooses which SQL server to use. The SQL server is the client's responsibility, that is, Softrela does not provide SQL server nor it is included on the fees above. For information on which SQL server is best suited to your company, visit www.mysql.com, www.microsoft.com or www.oracle.com.

The one time setup fee includes the AIS setup performed by a technician from Softrela, and 2 hour teaching session for the Standard version, and 1 day for the Enterprise or POS version.
